These terms apply to every order placed on this website with HELI HELA. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we guarantee about the product

HELI HELA guarantees that Heen Bovitiya Powder is 100% pure Heen Bovitiya (Osbeckia octandra) and nothing else. The leaves are gathered, cleaned, dried and milled — that is the entire process.

• We do not blend it with any other herb, plant or ingredient.
• We do not bulk it out with rice flour, starch or any other filler.
• We add no colouring, flavouring, sweetener, preservative or anti-caking agent.
• What is in the bottle is dried Heen Bovitiya leaf powder, and only that.

This is the one guarantee we give, and we stand behind it completely.

This is a natural food product, not a medicine

Heen Bovitiya Powder is sold as a natural food supplement. It is not a medicine, not a pharmaceutical product, and not a registered drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this website, on the packaging, or said by our representatives constitutes medical advice.

We make no health claims of any kind about this product, and we do not promise any health outcome or result from using it.

Your acknowledgement when you buy

By placing an order you confirm that you understand and agree to all of the following:

• You are purchasing a pure natural product — dried Heen Bovitiya leaf powder — and not a medicine or medical treatment.
• You will use it as a food supplement and as part of your ordinary diet, and not as a treatment for, or a replacement for medical treatment of, any illness or condition.
• You will not stop, reduce or delay any prescribed medication or medical care because of this product.
• You are not relying on any health claim, benefit or outcome, because HELI HELA has made none.
• You are buying it of your own free choice and are responsible for how you use it.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a health condition, or taking any prescribed medication, please consult a qualified medical practitioner before using this or any herbal product. Stop use and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, HELI HELA’s liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We remain fully responsible for the purity and condition of what we supply, as set out above.

Orders and confirmation

Submitting the order form on this site is a request to buy, not a completed sale. One of our representatives will call the phone number you gave us to confirm the order and your delivery details before we dispatch anything. An order is only confirmed after that call.

Please give us a phone number that reaches you. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees and include the delivery charge shown separately at checkout. All orders are Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. We do not take card or online payments, and we will never ask you for card or bank details over the phone.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery normally takes 3–4 working days after your order is confirmed, but this depends on the courier and on conditions outside our control, so it is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. In short: cancel free before dispatch, refuse the parcel at the door at no cost, and tell us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged or wrong. Opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.

Stock

We prepare in small batches, so stock can run out. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you when we call, and nothing will be charged.
