This policy explains what personal information HELI HELA collects when you place an order on this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little.

What we collect

When you place a Cash on Delivery order we ask for, and store, only what is needed to deliver it:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your delivery address, city and district
• The product, quantity and total amount of your order

We do not ask for or store card numbers, bank details or passwords — all orders are paid in cash on delivery. You do not need to create an account to buy from us.

Why we collect it

• To call you and confirm your order before we dispatch it
• To pack and deliver your parcel to the right address
• To answer questions about an order you have already placed
• To keep basic sales records for our own accounting

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and address with the courier company that delivers your parcel — they cannot deliver it otherwise. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and customer-service purposes. You may ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep a record of the transaction.

Cookies

This website stores one small cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Sinhala, so the site opens in your language next time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
